Scheduled - As part of our commitment to providing you with the most reliable and secure services, we're making significant upgrades to our payment system infrastructure. This will involve migrating to a more robust global database platform, ensuring even greater data safety and system availability.
Our payment system will be temporarily unavailable during the 2-hour maintenance window from September 6 at 11:00 PM Eastern to September 7th at 1:00 AM Eastern.
During this window, merchants won’t be able to accept online payments via the Payment Page on Invoices, Sales Orders, and Statements. Customers attempting to pay through these links will see an error.
However, payments within the ERP system will continue uninterrupted. After the maintenance concludes, all payment links will function normally.
