One-time Passcode Notifications Issues

Resolved - The One-time Passcode Notifications issue has been resolved. Users should no longer receive email notifications if they have not attempted to log in.

Investigating - We've made some enhancements to improve security with our most recent product release earlier this week. We introduced a one-time passcode experience for logins attempted by supplier and customer portal users from an unrecognized device based on a cookie in the browser.

With these changes, users may be asked to verify their account with an authorization code to verify their device. Please be assured that this is normal and once verified, users will not be asked to do this again.

We are aware that some users are receiving email notifications and have not attempted to log in. Our team is investigating this issue and we'll provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
