Scheduled - We will be performing a scheduled Disaster Recovery test on our TPro3 Payment Gateway on Monday, September 23rd from 12:01 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. EST. During this time, we will be testing our backup systems to ensure we can quickly recover in the event of an unexpected issue.
What to Expect
- This maintenance will involve briefly switching our database and web applications to our backup site, followed by some system tests.
- You may experience a brief disruption of 3-4 minutes as we complete the test.
During this Period:
- The system will be unavailable for approximately 1 minute.
- You may notice slower performance for an additional 2-3 minutes while our systems are being restored.
