CashApplication - Check Reading Delays

Resolved - We have identified and resolved an issue with check amount reading within Cash Application, resulting in delays for checks submitted between 14:42 and 15:33 EDT. We have since identified the root cause and resolved the issue, and expect no further disruptions to this service.
