Monitoring - We've deployed a fix that addresses the delayed/mismatch of data shown in the Collaborative AR portal. Users should now see their actions (paying an invoice, posting an invoice, editing a customer's address, etc.) being completed and reflected in the portal view. Our teams are closely monitoring to ensure this continues to perform as expected.

Identified - We've identified an issue with our Collaborative AR platform where user actions (pays an invoice, posts an invoice, edits a customer's address, etc.) may not appear as completed in the portal's user interface. These actions were completed in our Collaborative AR backend; however, the changes are not being reflected in the portal view. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
