Monitoring - Our Team has resolved the file transfer issues with TD Bank. Transactions that were previously marked as unsuccessful will be added to the next file transfer scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm Eastern.

Identified - We've identified an issue where a file transfer between Versapay and TD Bank failed overnight which is impacting our PayPort services. You may see transactions as incomplete. Our Teams are working with TD Bank to resolve this issue. We'll provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
