Resolved - The TPro3 Payment Gateway Intermittent Connection issue has been resolved.
Users will no longer experience intermittent connection issues and/or timeout issues.

Investigating - We’ve identified an intermittent connection issue with our TPro3 Gateway and a small number of merchants may be experiencing timeout issues. This affects all the 2CP legacy applications including, TPro3, e-Emphasys payment portal, and Intacct payment portal.
